about the company
Headquartered in the US, my client is a well established and reputable organization within the financial services industry sector. They have operations across 5 different arms and this incumbent would be sitting with the Global Payments business unit. They have exciting plans to grow and transform the business and with commitments to estbalish a strong HR structure, they are looking to hire for the first HR personnel to join the team. This role would present the incument an exciting opportunity with learning and growth opportunities.


about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a HR Office, your role includes but not limting to:

  • Overseeig the end to end spectrum of HR functions; recruitment, employee engagement, employee lifecycle, Payroll and other ad hoc duties.
  • Liaise closely with business leaders to establish hiring requirements and build up talent pipeline.
  • Coordinating all employment related on-boarding paperwork and induction process in collaboration with the regional HR Team.
  • Liaise closely with key stakeholders in processes improvements, projects rollouts and processes realignment.
  • Liaising with payroll provider (ADP) to process Singapore and Hongkong Payroll.
  • Act as first point of contact for HR related matters.
  • Provide strategic advices to improve current HR policies and processes.
  • Other administrative or adhoc duties as requested.


about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the HR team based in London and a dotted reporting line to the financial controller in Singapore

skills and experience required
You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. You should have sound knowledge in the full suite of HR Practices. Prior experience working within the Financial Services industry sector would be a definite advantage that puts you in a league above others. Additionally, you should also be an effective communicator with the ability to engage and communicate at all levels.
