Our client is a European MNC within the Life Sciences industry, currently recruiting for a HR Operations Administrator (5-6 months maternity cover contract) to join the HR team.
about the job
You will support HR operational activities including but not limited to:
- Manage employee data, updating of new hire and leavers in the HRIS System
- Manager HR letters and documents e.g. employee contracts, confirmation letters
- Benefits administration such as enrolment and termination for insurance, benefits claims, etc
- Update company organization chart
- Manage HR reports, improve current processes
- Other HR duties as assigned

- 5-6 months contract
- 5 day work week
- Office location: Central-West, Singapore
- Immediately available/ short notice preferred but not a requirement
- Hybrid working
skills and experience required
- Work experience or education in HR would be advantageous
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to manage relevant stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good learning attitude
