    Our client is an established international bank and is now looking for a HR Operations Analyst to join their Regional Human Resources team. This is a permanent role based in Singapore.


    about the job

    Reporting into the HR Operations Head, you will be supporting 200 employees based in Singapore and Greater China. In addition, you will be:

    • Managing end to end HR Operations, ensuring all operational processes are in compliance with the bank’s policies and regulations; including on-boarding, off-boarding, employees’ benefits administration, government surveys, risk management and HRIS support
    • Point-of-contact for all internal stakeholders’ inquiries, working closely with the Business Partnering team
    • Supporting HR projects across Singapore, Hong Kong and China markets, ensuring that local objectives are aligned to the global and regional business plans
    • Responsible for monthly payroll activities via 3rd party vendor; collating data, reviewing and reconciling monthly payrolls and payroll funding process


    skills and experience required

    • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years of HR operations and payroll working experiences
    • Experience working within the financial services industry preferred
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
    • Self-starter with good learning attitude; ability to resolve day-to-day issues effectively
    • Communicative with good interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effective with employees of all level
