about the company

My client is a prestigious organization and they currently have an established presence in the APAC region. They are continuing to grow and expand their operations across other countries. They are a consumer internet provider and also a gaming distributor. They are currently building up a new team and is looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join the team.

about the job
You will undertake the role of a HR Operations Specialist. You will be required to carry out the day to day HR Operational duties - work pass applications, on/off boarding, training and recruitment related activities, liaise with payroll vendors on payroll processing, liaise with insurance brokers and administer employee benefits etc. You will also be the main person incharge of the HRIS system. You are required to provide stellar service to the employees and be the main point of contact for any employee queries. You will also look into process improvements and implement changes to support business growth in the region.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the Head of Operations and be working alongside a team of 5-6.

skills and experience required
You will be Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 4 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone with excellent MS office skills (word, excel & PowerPoint) with the ability to multi-task and work well across different business functions. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is meticulous, organized with the ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
