My client is a well established organization within the Logistics industry. They provide efficient services and have built up a strong branding for themselves across the SEA market. They have grown so massively over the years and is now looking for a HR Operations Head to support them with their growth strategy. about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a Head Of HR Operations. This is a newly created position.
You will be required to analyze the organization's key focus on enhancing customer experience, operational discipline and areas of scalibility and efficiency, performance improvement, service enhancement and product development. As there is no shared services model in place at the moment, you will look at creating a strategy and vision around the development and implementation of process flows to be shared across the SEA region. You will review and update employment contracts and agreements, track key HR metrics, design policies and processes to ensure maximum efficiency.

about the team/manager
You will be reporting into the CEO and be taking on an individual contributor role.

skills and experience required
You will be Degree qualified in HR or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 10 years of experience in the shared services function. You should have deep understanding of shared services structures and model, experience dong HR transformation and have set up HR Operations team across the region. Apart from the mentioned, excellent communication skills and stakeholder management is a crucial skills set for this role and you will possess the ability to handle stakeholders of all levels. You should be someone who is detail oriented, meticulous and driven to succeed in this role. Teamwork is of an essence to this organization and you will be someone who works well in a collaborative and cohesive environment.
