Our client is a well established multinational Bank, currently recruiting for a HR Operations Specialist (1 year contract) to join the HR team.
about the job
Reporting to the HR Lead, you will support HR activities including but not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day HR processes and end-to-end employee life cycle, including employee data management, queries and requests, medical and benefit administration, vendor management activities, employee transfers and exits, recruitment management activities etc
- Support HR projects such as systems and processes improvements; recommend, implement, manage or support changes while ensuring HR compliance in regulatory reporting requirements
- Support regulatory reporting requests, HR audits, statistics and analytics for various reporting purposes, annual insurance renewal exercises, annual salary review exercises, HR budgeting, etc
- Support the preparation and management of the Year-End Compensation and Performance Review
- Any other ad hoc HR lifecycle activities

- 1 year contract – possibly extendable/convertable/renewable
- Location: CBD, Singapore
- Immediately available/ short notice preferred but not a requirement
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong hands-on experience in HR operations or generalist roles
- Experience in Banking & Financial services industry will be advantageous
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
