Our client is a FMCG MNC, currently recruiting for a HR Payroll Executive to join the HR team.

Reporting to the Payroll Lead, in a team of 3, you will support Payroll activities, including but not limited to:
- Manage payroll administration, including employee data entry into the payroll system, update new joiners and leavers details, calculate final salary, verify timesheet records in the system
- Process OT pay, leaves, tax filing, bank file, obtaining relevant approvals and manage payroll reports
- Support employee queries, e-payslips, any payroll related matters

- 5 day work week in office, 9am to 6pm
- Office location: Central, Singapore
- Permanent role, entitled to 13 months bonus (AWS) and variable bonus, company benefits
- Candidates available to start on short notice preferred but not a requirement
skills and experience required
- Minimum 1 year of payroll experience, ideally from F&B/ Retail industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge in Timesoft will be advantageous but not a requirement
- Organised and detail oriented
