HR People Performance Lead
Up to $15,000 X 12 months + VB

They are a premium brand well known for dominating the consumer market with branding that is no stranger to the mass market. Their products are always a top choice among consumers in both the local and global market.

about the job
You will help to shape and drive division-wide performance culture. You will have responsibility to design and implement new data driven initiatives for the for the People/HR function across APAC. This will involve data derived through talent, performance, compensation & organisational analytics. You will partner closely with HR and business leaders to develop the people analytics on an APAC platform. You will also partner the business to implement scorecard settings, KPIs evaluation to establish organization wide goals. Your skill set should also include the fundamentals of cultural and change management in driving right behavioral patterns and discipline within the business.

You will be managing a team of 4 and reports to the APAC Head of HR.

skills and experience required
You will be Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience within the FMCG industry is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is able to multi-task and work well across different business functions with the ability to relate well and communicate effectively with business stakeholders of all cultural levels. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is dynamic, organized with the ability to work well in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Due to constant organizational development plans, you will also be someone that is receptive and resilient to changes with the ability to work around ambiguity.
