Job Title: HR Project Manager APAC (6 - 9 months contract)

About Company

Our client is a renowned company within the financial industry, having continuously achieved strong business performance internationally.

As part of its expansion across APAC, they will be opening a new office in China and are now looking to recruit a high-calibre HR Project Manager to lead the design, transformation and execution of the Compensation and Benefit (C&B) policies and Talent Management framework in the region.

Job Description

Reporting to the VP HR (APAC), the successful applicant will:

Lead and execute the design of the Talent Management policies and framework to ensure strong talent development and retention
Lead and execute the redesign of the C&B policies and framework to drive the best in-class C&B processes and capabilities that compliments the organization’s Talent Acquisition and Talent Management strategies
Propose and deliver HR projects in compliance with local labour laws and market practice

Skills and Experience Required

The successful candidate will be degree educated with 10+ years experience in the HR field. You will have experience managing key stakeholders and business partnering senior leaders, with proven experience leading and delivering HR projects in MNCs. You will have experience in designing and executing C&B and Talent Management policies and frameworks.
