They are seeking for an enthusiastic Regional HR Project Manager to join their dynamic team.They offer attractive package salary $15kmax+ attractive benefits.

About the job

This exciting role would require you to report to the Regional HR Lead. You will be heavily involved in strategic project management, playing a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s structure and process. You will be actively business partnering senior stake holders and driving the team’s performance in all aspects of HR responsibilities. You will the subject matter expert, undertaking decision making responsibilities for the business. You should also not shy away and be involve in hands on HR operation responsibilities, proactively providing the support required to your business stakeholders. Your role will also include but not limiting to:-

  • Oversee the regional HR project as part of HR transformation, to migrate services businesses into shared services environment across Asia Pacific Region.
  • Project manages cross department HR initiatives involving HRIS System (Workday) and process evaluations, process improvement, and technology improvement for HR Processes and systems.
  • Work with functional regional team on recommended work process including but not limited to, centralization or offshoring of work processes.
  • Work with HR leadership on Change Management and Communications

Skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified with a strong background in project management, project planning and vendor management. You will be someone with experience in creating work flows, requirements documents and training manuals. The right candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
