about the job
You will be responsible for leading HR Shared Services (SS) teams across the Group’s various regional markets. You will be responsible for the provision of Shared Service support for the HR teams, including payroll, HR process improvements, and the maintenance and upgrade of HR management systems.

In additionally, you will collaborate with the HR Centre of Expertise (COE) team in the implementation of HR policies, and the HR Business Partners in the HR Shared Service support. You will also lead the SS teams to work closely with the business units, Finance Department, IT Department and 3rd party vendors to rollout relevant and sound HR systems and processes.

skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience within the HRSS function. You should also possess a strong background in stakeholders management process improvements, project planning / execution and vendor management. Technically competent with various software programs, such as Excel, Time Software will definitely place you a league above the others.

Experience in implementation and use of SAP successfactor would be highly preferred. Having exceptional resilience working in a fast pacing and ever-changing environment would be something that sets you apart from the rest. Conversant in Mandarin will be a mandate for this role due to constant liaison and business needs in Taiwan and China.
