HR Shared Service Team Lead

Up to $120,000 per annum + VB

about the job

You will serve as a team leader and lead the SG Shared Service function on a group level. Your core responsibility is to set up, lead and deliver best in class, customer centric HR services. On a leadership level, you will also work closely with the various BU HRBPs to align human resource process strategies with the business to build on overall strengths of human resources capabilities under the shared service environment. You will serve as a subject matter expert in introducing the best practices in policies and processes to streamline and review them accordingly to obtain optimal efficiency on the ground level. You will set up the following functions but not limited to:

  • HRIS implementation
  • End to end employee life cycle
  • Employee services centre
  • Day to day HR Ops

This role will essentially also ensure all SLAs and KPIs are constantly met while also delivering high standard of employee services to internal employees. This role is packaged with the opportunity to start up a shared service environment from scratch with the autonomy to spearhead this project.

about the manager/team

You will be reporting directly to the Global HR Director and lead a team of 10 within the shared service team.

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified from with preferable qualifications in related field of studies and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience in similar capacity. Experience within the manufacturing/engineering industry handling large headcount is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who has excellent communication skills to be able to relate to people of all levels and enjoys working in a customer service oriented and fast pace environment. You will be someone who is strong in HR policies and processes, ideally also coupled with a generalist background.
