As the Regional HR Shared Services Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports to ensure the smooth delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle management activities within the business. You will also be in-charge of championing innovative HR solutions as the subject matter expert, and spearhead the development and implementation of exciting process enhancements.

- Delegate, manage and drive a team of direct reports to ensure the smooth execution of end-to-end employee lifecycle management activities such as onboarding, offboarding, expatriate management and payroll administration across the region
- Partner closely with the business to identify, develop and implement HR process enhancements, SOPs and solutions that improve overall productivity and effectiveness
- Compile accurate HR reports, maintain up-to-date employee data and other ad-hoc projects within the business
skills and experience required
You should be a degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in driving HR Shared Services or HR Operations, preferably within the Banking and/or Financial Services sector. Successful applicants should also demonstrate achievements in driving process enhancement initiatives, with a strong interest or a proven track record of leading a team. The ability to communicate and engage effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds will be an added bonus! You should also display good multi-tasking capabilities, with capabilities in coordinating cross-functional projects or activities.
