Originated from US, their branding are often associated with being dynamic, energetic and sporty where they have build up their branding strong in both the US and the global market. With their market share growing constantly in the market, they are looking to hire a Regional Senior Benefits Analyst to join their HR support team.

about the job

You will take ownership of investigating, resolving, or escalating workplace issues under s shared service function in SG covering for the APAC market. Your focus will be to provide top notch employee assistance to support the organization growing population in the consumer market. You will also advise and consult with management and employees on employee policies, performance management and issue resolution. As a internal ambassador to support your employees, you will deliver a premium experience to the employees and managers you support during difficult situations:

  • Assess and resolve or escalate any employee issues as outlined in the escalation matrix.
  • Conduct internal audits of employee relations issues to identify possible violations and makes recommendations of appropriate actions to resolve issues.
  • Conduct grievance procedures, facilitates counselling and training sessions, and internal investigations.
  • Provide business managers guidance into conducting fact findings into allegations of routine, non-complex policy violations; provide related consultative services to business managers.
  • Advise management and employees in routine, non-complex corrective action, including final warning and termination situations

skills and experience required

You will be Diploma qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 5 years of similar experience preferably within the fast moving Retail segment. Being able to think out of the box, independent and resourceful is a definite good to have to fit into the culture and the value preposition of the organization. Ability in disputes resolving and engagement with the ground staff will definitely place you a league above the others. You will also be someone who is experienced in meeting SLAs in a timely manner and taking ownership of your own work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team will get you another step closer to nail this role as well.
