Our client is a Financial Services MNC, currently recruiting for a HR Specialist (Benefits & HR Operations) to join the HR team.
about the job
Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will manage HR processes, including but not limited to:
- Manage Benefits activities, such as coordination of employee well-being initiatives, health screening,
- Manage Benefits administration, including insurance claims management, employee benefits queries, updating and checking of employee entitlements on database
- Manage HR reports including benefits reports, headcount reports, and more
- Support HR team in HR operational matters, such as updating of employee records and pfiles, onboarding administration, recruitment support, etc

- Salary will commensurate with relevant work experience
skills and experience required
- Relevant experience in benefits administration and HR operations
- Experience in Workday would be advantageous but not a requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and other systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
