This fashion group brand is no stranger to all ‘fashionista’. Under a huge conglomerate group, they are known to be an influencer in the fashion industry with every runway show being a huge success in Paris fashion week. Due to the growth of the business, they are adding a new headcount to the HR team to partner the business in both SG and also other APAC regions that with all the brands presence.

about the job

You will get the opportunity to handle HR projects, process and policies alignment, understanding the business needs and proposing new policies and introducing best practices within human resource management and grow together with the company. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR Operations but not limiting to:

  • Managing full cycle of recruitment from selection to on board, work pass application for new joiners across the floor
  • Maintenance of HR database
  • Partner the stakeholders within the business, walk the retail floor to identify gaps for improvements
  • Reviewing of compensation and benefits, ensuring packages/remunerations are up to date and competitive to market
  • Organizing employees’ engagement activities

about the manager

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will undertake the role of a Regional HR Generalist, handling the full spectrum of HR functions.

skills and experience required

You will be Degree or Diploma qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You should possess the experiences in the full spectrum of HR functions and willing to roll up your sleeves to work together with the corporate & retail team to meet business objectives. You will be someone with excellent MS office skills (word, excel & PowerPoint) with the ability to multi-task and work well across different business functions. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is meticulous, organized with the ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
