about the company
Our client is a well known Financial Services MNC, looking for a HR Specialist (Payroll & Benefits) to join their HR team.

about the job

Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, you will look after HR matters for employees based in US, UK, and LUX office, with a focus on Payroll and Benefits.

Your job scope includes but is not limited to:

  • Payroll processing for US, UK and LUX employees, working closely with vendor to ensure processing is done timely, including claims and benefits administration e.g. medical, insurance and flexible benefits, tax filing
  • Benefits administration such as enrolment and renewal, leave administration
  • Managing and reviewing of payroll reports for submission to relevant departments, checking of data, budgeting
  • Work closely with HR team to ensure smooth employee lifecycle after acceptance of offer, handle day to day HR matters, advising on queries from employees

skills and experience required

  • Experience in handling the above HR duties for UK/US/LUX office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits, and local laws and legislation
  • Proficient in Excel, good with numbers
  • Experience working in Financial Services sector will be advantageous but not a requirement
