They’re currently looking for a HR Specialist to join their team.

about the job

You will be undertaking the role of a HR Specialist, your duties will include but not limiting to:

  • Managing the end to end spectrum of HR functions
  • To develop new and innovative ways to engage with employees including seeking and acting on their feedback to identify the most effective methods.
  • Drive and suggest levers to create a positive employee experience for the team
  • Lead the annual performance calibration work stream end to end, including salary benchmarking and compensation administration after review cycle
  • Assist in all phases of recruitment process
  • Assist in implementing and improving policies and processes
  • Conduct performance management and look into salary increments and bonus payouts
  • Ensure that current compensation packages are competitive with market trends
  • Employee life cycle management
  • Well versed with payroll - calculation of prorated salary and bonus; leave calculations
  • Conduct training needs analysis and support designing and development of training curriculum
  • Attend monthly council meeting to update on business unit’s performance and report any issues

about the team/manager

You will be reporting into the HR Manager and oversee a Business Unit of about 60 headcount

skills & experiences required

You will have be degree qualified in HRM or related fields of studies. You should have at least 8 years of experience and come from the Consulting or Banking industry. You should have a Generalist background. You should be analytical and attentive to details and use a hands on approach to tackle problems faced. You will have strong communication skills in order to effectively communicate with regional counterparts.
