Within the Professional Services industry, my client has been established for over 40 years and has offices in more than 50 countries. They provide a range of consultancy services and is a leading market player in the industry. They are currently looking to hire for a HR Specialist to support the day to day HR Operational matters. This is a highly exciting opportunity where you would be able to participate in different projects and initiatives.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a HR Specialist, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Ensure daily HR operations are in compliance with company practices and employment regulations.
  • Manage issuance of employment contracts, change letters, payroll/compenstion related letters, reference letters etc and ensure that all documents are maintained in an orderly manner
  • Manage end to end work pass processes for foreigner, including initiating, renewals, tracking and terminations.
  • Responsible for HCM and SAP HR systems - ensuring that all employee data are updated for hire, termination and movement cases.
  • Assist to validate HRIS data and provide support as and when required.
  • Consolidate company benefits data such as insurance, medical etc.
  • Supporting HR Operations for M&A projects and across the Singapore office.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the HR Shared Services Director of APAC and be supporting a headcount of about 180.

skills and experience required
You will be diploma/degree qualified in HR related field of studies and demonstrate at least 3 to 4 years of experience in HR Operations. You should possess hands on HRIS experience and having knowledge in SAP system would be a definite advantage that places you above the rest. You should have knowledge of end to end process of work pass applications/ renewals. Besides the mentioned, you will also be someone who is able to work well in a dynamic, ever-changing and fast pace environment with the desire to grow together with the organization.
