about the job
Reporting to the HR Systems Lead, you will identify and analyse opportunities to improve the current HR processes to operate in an efficient manner and provide a positive employee experience, exploring various innovative solutions through systems tools and functionalities to automate various processes. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as IT and HR team, to develop and build automations of the solutions proposed, including providing data and advise on the project. You will also maintain and update HR data, and manage HR reports. You will also support on relevant and exciting HR/ HRIS initiatives and projects, manage enquiries and communication of changes to processes to stakeholders (i.e. employees).
