Reporting to the HR Division Leader, you will manage a team of 2 executives and support an employee count of 70 within the regional office. In addition, you will:
- Lead and support the regional offices in the implementation, standardisation and management of Group HR System and HR projects
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, learning & development, compensation and benefits administration, expatriate management, employee onboarding and offboarding, and employee engagement
- Analyse and support learning and development needs
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures
- Build strong employee relations and be a value-adding business partner to the line.
- Review and ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with local government’s labour law and other regulations
skills and experience required
- Min. Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- 7 years' experience as a HR Generalist; with 2 years' within a regional role
- Track record in providing regional HR support
- Experience in L&D and competency-based performance management systems is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable and able to work independently with minimum supervision
