Our client is a leading company in the engineering industry. They are looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist to be part of their shared services team.
about the job
The role will report into the team lead. Working closely with the other Centre of Excellences to support the business units, you will:
- Manage HRIS systems related to recruitment, payroll, training and other employee matters
- Conduct analysis and reporting of HR metrics including employee turnover, compensation and benefit, productivity, training etc.
- Point of contact to external vendors and internal stakeholders for all HRIS related enquiries
- Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement
- Support other HR projects as assigned
skills and experience required
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ of HR experience, focusing on HRIS
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Independent and self-motivated
- Collaborative and a team player
