    Our client is a market leading Banking & Financial Services MNC, currently recruiting for HRIS Data Specialist.

    Reporting to the Regional HR Analytics Lead, you will be involved in the HR system migration project. This includes ensuring accurate data migration to the new SAP SuccessFactors system, partnering with internal and external stakeholders in data mapping and ensuring data accuracy, configuring the system to meet business needs and supporting systems administrations. You will also review workflows through analysis of gaps, and develop automation solutions to improve efficiency, and support in global and regional HR initiatives as assigned.

    skills and experience required

    • Relevant skills and experience in managing large data from multiple sources, organising and cleaning data
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge in Power Query, VBA, Automation Tools (RPA) is a plus but not a requirement
