about the company

Our client is a well established local organisation looking for a HRIS Administrator to support HR System activities in the company.

about the job

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in the implementation of HRIS, supporting the project from end-to-end, from information and needs gathering, to UAT and go-live. You will work closely with the internal stakeholders and external vendors, planning and ensuring that deliverables are met within the timeline, analysing data and processes to give recommendations for improvements, creating training materials, and conducting training for end users. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with the company and be involved in change management activities.

  • Experienced in HRIS implementation project and activities
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and working with large data/numbers and systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
