Our client is a well-established local conglomerate, currently recruiting for a HRIS Manager to join the HR team.
about the job
You will manage HRIS activities including but not limited to:
- Provide HRIS support to business with regards to system queries and issues, new requirements or changes, interfaces to/from SAP, and collaborate with IT on the solutions
- Support business on reporting needs (monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc reports)
- Configure employee data and schedules in SAP
- Manage system administration activities such as monitoring of SAP HR-related jobs, validation of employee data
- Manage SAP user access matrix for HR users and collaborate with IT on required changes
- Participate in HR projects in areas like requirements gathering, testing, cutover

skills and experience required
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in SAP implementation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge and experience in SAP HCM system and processes
- Experience in other HRIS systems would be advantageous
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
