Our client is a well established, innovative tech company looking for HRIS Manager (Workday).

about the job

Your job scope includes but is not limited to:

- Lead HRIS function in the company, managing all activities and projects involving HR systems and digitalisation that support the development of HR technology while ensuring compliance and alignment of internal processes

- Drive projects to upgrade HR systems and processes, creating solutions using innovative tech solutions, evaluating impact and risks through analysis

- Manage relationship and work closely with internal stakeholders such as HR, IT, project team, and external vendors, ensuing smooth flow of processes, managing incident reports and issues

skills and experience required

  • 5 years of relevant experience in HR Systems/ HRIS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Innovative, experienced in data analysis and resolving problems using tech solutions
  • Experience in Workday will be advantageous
  • Work well in fast paced environment
