about the job
Reporting to the Head of HR, as a HR Information Systems Manager, your job scope includes but is not limited to:
- Lead HRIS function in the company, managing all activities and projects involving HR systems and digitalisation that support the development of HR technology while ensuring compliance and alignment of internal processes
- Drive projects or initiatives to upgrade HR systems and processes, creating solutions using innovative tech solutions, evaluating impact and risks through analysis
- Manage relationship and work closely with internal stakeholders such as HR, IT, project team, and external vendors, ensuing smooth flow of processes, managing incident reports and issues
- Manage reports, including developing and maintaining dashboards for HR data and metrics, data analysis

skills and experience required
- Relevant education and certification in HR systems
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft 365 Suite
- Proficient in HR analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, SQL, etc)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
