Our client is a Multinational Bank, currently looking for a HRIS Specialist – HR Systems and Data Migration (1 year contract) to support the HRIS migration project.

Reporting to the HRIS Lead, your job scope includes but is not limited to:
- Support HR system migration project, primarily ensuring accurate data migration from legacy system to SAP SuccessFactors
- Partner with internal HR stakeholders in data mapping and ensuring data accuracy
- Configure SuccessFactors to meet business needs
- Supporting system administration for HR Systems
- Review workflows by analyzing gaps and developing automation solutions to improve efficiency
- Other duties as assigned

skills and experience required
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to merge large data sets from multiple data sources as well as organize and clean data efficiently
- Good critical thinking with the ability to connect the dots
- Able to self-learn new technology
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge in Power Query, VBA, Automation Tools (RPA) is a plus but not a requirement
