about the job
- Lead end-to-end HR system implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with process owners, subject matter experts, and technology teams to document clear and comprehensive business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, facilitate workshops, agile sessions, and track project decisions.
- Manage user acceptance testing, develop test strategies, scenarios, and cases, and engage stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with Change Management, HR process owners, and cross-functional stakeholders for effective change execution.
- Manage multiple projects/workstreams from initiation to closure, coordinating with various teams and experts.
- Review current HR processes, identify optimization opportunities, and support digitalization efforts.
- Evaluate new technologies to enhance employee experience and improve productivity.
- Provide day-to-day support and training on HR systems.
skills and experience required
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Experience in leading large-scale transformation projects, change management planning, and HR principles.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to translate analysis into actionable steps.
- Ability to work effectively at all levels, influence others, and manage teams is preferred.
