Our client is a market-leading Financial Services company, currently recruiting for a HRIS Specialist (Workday) to join the HRIS team.
about the job
Reporting to the HRIS Lead, you will support HRIS activities including but not limited to:
- Support end to end HRIS implementation and maintenance of Workday modules
- Support HRIS function in the company, managing activities and projects involving HR systems and digitalisation that support the development of HR technology while ensuring compliance and alignment of internal processes
- Manage relationship and work closely with internal stakeholders such as HR, IT, project team, and external vendors, ensuing smooth flow of processes, managing incident reports and issues

- Renewable contract with yearly completion bonus (1.5 months)
- Office location: North-Central, Singapore
- Company headcount 1000+
- Immediately available/ short notice preferred but not a requirement
- Hybrid working, 3 days in office 2 days WFH
skills and experience required
- Ideally at least 5-8 years of relevant experience, implementing HR Information Systems
- Any relevant education and certification in HR systems will be advantageous
- Strong analytical, project and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
