The organization is continuously expanding and aims to be the most trusted financial group. They are currently looking for a HRIS Workday Integration Lead to join their team.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a Workday Integration Lead, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Serve as an inhouse specialist in leading the Workday system integrations
  • Be involved in global projects and analyse system requirements, manage system vendors, execute integration plans as well as analysing test results
  • Provide hands on BAU support, report maintenance and system trouble shoot for workday users
  • Liaise with stakeholders across regions, subsidiaries to effectively integrate workday system
  • Prepare trainng materials and update user guides

about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the Regional Head of HR Information Systems and cover both Asia and Oceanic and East Asia.

skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in related fields of studies (HR, Business Administration) and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience. You will have prior experience in Workday and managing system integration and reporting. You will be a strong team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels. Apart from the mentioned, you will be someone who is dynamic, organized and be able to perform well under a fast paced environment.
