With over 10 years of establishment, my client is one of the leading educational institutions in Singapore. They offer a wide range of courses and specialisations for their students and are continuing to diversify the range of courses they offer to their students. Due to growth plans, they are now looking for a dynamic individual to join the team as a HR Shared Services Senior Manager. This is a newly created role.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a HR Shared Services Senior Manager, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Set up the HR Shared Services function from scratch - putting in place key processes and transactions to fulfil internal and external service level standards.
  • Integrate Recruitment function (onboarding, employee life cycle activities) and payroll process into the Shared services function.
  • Provide guidance and lead the team in ensuring smooth day to day HR Operational matters.
  • Re-design and develop existing processes to optain optimal operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a consultant and provide effective advices to business stakeholders on best practices.
  • Maintain latest HR Policies, information and workflows, processes and data on HR System.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the HR Directorr.

skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in HRM or other related fields of studies and possess at least 8 years of HR Shared Services experience. You should have experience setting up a HR Shared Services function and have managed large headcount. It would be ideal if you have experience with SAP system. You should have good knowledge and understanding of best HR practices and trends. You should be someone who is proactive, keen to learn and passionate. Besides the mentioned, you should also be someone with excellent communication skills so as to build strong relations with stakeholders across all levels.
