As the Human Resources & Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for supporting employees in the delivery of day-to-day HR and administrative functions, ensuring that they support the organizational goals and employee needs
- Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources Functions, including recruitment & selection, onboarding & offboarding, performance management, employee retention, training and development, staff welfare and benefits etc
- Support HR-related transactions and inquiries from employees to ensure requests are delivered effectively whilst meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements
- Handle face-to-face employee queries, advising on the company policies and best practices
- Collaborate with employees and the management to liaise on human resource policies, procedures, laws, and standards
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review processes
- Assists in approval processes and conduct relevant recruitment activities
- Assists in reviewing and proposing compensation packages including benefits based on recognized data to stay competitive within the industry
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop effective solutions and programmes
- Evaluate overall training and development requirements
- Manage projects to ensure timely launches of new services and programmes
- Partners closely with third-party vendors to support total rewards, benefits and other administrative processes, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement as required
- Support day-to-day operations and ensure that all aspects of operations meet organizational goals

skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business/ Human Resources or within areas of discipline, with at least 4-5 years of relevant HR Managerial experience, from the Real Estate and Property Management sector, as well as with an excellent understanding and knowledge of labor law and local tax regulations.
