As the Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the operational duties in the Human Resources Department
- Assists to manage the entire recruitment process (Posting ads, filtering, arranging interviews, hiring preparation), as well as work pass management
- Administer worker’s information in eHR/Workday system
- Administer and verify all employees’ data (i.e. attendance) in the company’s e-Cirtrix system
- Maintain proper filing and documentation in employees’ personal file
- Involved in the administrative paperwork of worker's onboarding and offboarding process
- Process and administer all employees leave applications (including NTS worker's home leave)
- Assists in verifying all medical and dental claims (including submitting claims for GHS)
- Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, HR & Admin directly, you will be responsible for managing end to end operational support across the employee life cycle
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Diploma, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines, with at least 2 years of relevant HR experience in a local or overseas multinational conglomerate.
