The role will report into the Senior HR Manager and support business partnering across stakeholders and employees as well as drive recruitment initiatives. Working closely with your team mates, you will:
- Manage end-to-end HR responsibilities including business partnering, employee relations, performance management, talent management and succession planning
- Work closely with key stakeholders to support the development of HR programme, processes and policies
- Implement smooth implementation of HR initiatives, programme and processes
- Lead the talent acquisition strategies and activities
- Drive and support other key HR projects such as annual salary review and benchmarking, annual headcount planning as well as training and development
skills and experience required
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ of HRBP experience
- Good knowledge of HR tools and processes such as Work Day HRIS system
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Analytical, good with numbers and excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast paced environment
- Critical thinking and ability to handle ambiguity
