about the job
As the Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day HR activities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes Talent Acquisition, Employee Welfare, Induction & exit clearance, etc
- Attending to HR-related queries from employees
- Support HRBPs on the daily BAU – including but not limited to the generation of offer letters, reports and letters
- Assists to conduct weekly induction and new hire orientations for new-comers
- Maintaining and updating employee information in Workday and e-personal files
- Coordinating office activities to ensure smooth and optimal efficiency in operations
- Administer Medical, Insurance claims, as well as other related claims
- Other adhoc HR Initiatives and HR Modernization assigned

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be assisting to enhance the full employee experience cycle from recruitment, employee satisfaction to exit formalities.
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines, with at least 1-2 years of relevant Human Resources Development experience, with an excellent understanding and knowledge of labor law and local tax regulations.
