As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing effective HR Strategies and programmes to drive overall organizational excellence and maintain talent management
- Manage the full employment lifecycle ranging from sourcing, screening and interviewing to pre- onboarding , being the main point of contact for all HR and people-related queries
- Implement industry best practice HR policies and procedures; initiate and drive people development strategies ; and ensure effective internal communication of HR initiatives and programs
- Assists to implement effective HR policies and procedures
- Conduct periodic reviews and audit to ensure all HR practices and procedures complies with the relevant labor laws and regulations
- Analyze and develop existing HR policies and practices as well as implementing new and effective HR initiatives
- Design and execute the overall Compensation and Benefits programme
- Manage the overall recruitment and selection process to hire good talent for retention and growth
- Initiate and execute an effective People Development strategy for nurturing of talents, employee engagement, as well as developing a strong leadership team
- Assist to maintain pay plan and benefit programs for the organization
- Other duties assigned
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer directly, you will lead the HR department to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs in accordance with business priorities, to support business units.
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines, with at least 8 years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably from the Private Equity sector. Ideally, you should possess prior experience in Compensation and Benefits structure design and management, implementation of L&D programs, as well as a strong knowledge and understanding of relevant Employment Law & HR Practices.
