As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing effective HR Strategies and programmes to drive overall organizational excellence and maintain talent retention
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operational functions including, but not limited to, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, learning and development and payroll management.
- Assists to develop and maintain local HR policies and procedures in consultation with HR teams based in the US.
- Partner closely with the Singapore leadership team and US HR teams to provide human resources expertise and insight to support business operations and employee-related matters
- Support academic administration and processes, including faculty contracts, payments and reports
- Liaise with local statutory boards pertaining to employment matters, including submission for government-related benefits claim
- Develop and maintain key HR metrics in compliance with local and EduTrust regulations.
- Coach and provide guidance to major stakeholders in people and performance management
- Manages the overall performance appraisal system and drives high performance
- Oversee the entire employee relations programs, including promotions, performance reviews, disciplinary procedures and employee initiatives
- Assist in industrial relations issues
- Other HR duties assigned

You will play an instrumental role in the service delivery of day-to-day HR operational matters and business partnering activities, and to render related HR support effectively.
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, with at least 10 years of relevant Human Resources Management experience, with a strong knowledge and understanding of Singapore Employment Law & HR Practices. Prior experience in the private education industry would be advantageous.
