As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining talent management and HR Administrative policies and programs, and execute effective HR strategies, in support of the firm’s overall business acumen
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes Talent Acquisition, Employee Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & exit clearance, etc
- Assists to manage the recruitment processes (posting ads, filtering, arranging interviews, hiring preparation)
- Develop and execute training strategies and programs according to the Company’s guidelines and strategies.
- Review overall HR policies, processes and systems, and propose, develop and implement improvement plans and initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity and to support company’s growth and development initiatives
- Administering of staff benefits, programs, insurance, and events
- Collaborate with employees and the management to liaise on human resource policies, procedures, laws, and standards
- Establish close and long-term partnership and partners closely with government bodies, agencies, institutions of learning for pipeline building, talent development and support.
- Conduct remuneration reviews, benchmarking analysis and budgeting recommendation based on best compensation practices in the market
- Assists in approval processes and conduct relevant recruitment activities
- Evaluate overall training and development requirements
- Assist in other HR ad hoc projects as required

Reporting to the Deputy CEO directly, you will play an integral role in aligning the company’s vision and culture, and be involved in providing the full spectrum of HR, acting as a liaison between staff and managers
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably from the HealthCare industry, as well as with an excellent understanding and knowledge of labor law and local tax regulations.
