You will control and implement deliverables against all allocated Customer Specific Service Level/KPI Agreements. To make a direct contribution to the development and successful operation of the managed Services function, working with colleagues to develop and implement departmental strategy, objectives and improvement processes.
About the manager/team
You will manage a team of 14 ICT engineers and report to the Service Delivery Manager.
Skills and experience required
You will need to have experience in managing a team of 24x7 Operations Team. Other requirements are as follow:
- Experience in ticket Management, requiring Fault Identification and Escalations.
- Experience in tracking and broadcast of Maintenance Activities.
- Experience in Network/System/DCIM Monitoring.
- Experience in Data Centre Remote Hands Service.
- Experience in managing Data Centre Visits/Shipments.
