about the job
You will be providing administrative support, to create and maintain efficient tracking of contract / document management, filing system, and ensuring all documents are catalog and organized. Printing of business cards for all employees (new and existing), ensuring all personal contact / phone lists are updated in the system. Vendor management, assist in billings and invoices entry for all business units. In charge of office and pantry supplies. You will also be working closely with the EHS team to ensure workplace health and safety.
