Our client is one of the market leading certification services company here in Singapore. With massive expansion plan in Asia, they are looking to recruit an IT Audit and Information Security Lead, External (ISO 27001, ISO 9001) to join their team.


About the job

Your responsibility includes:

• Planning and conducting IT audit reviews to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of IT controls. This includes reviewing of IT functions and key tasks (including Applications, Operating Systems, Databases, Networks, Infrastructure controls and security).
• Preparing audit work papers recording and summarizing data pertinent to assigned audits
• Validating and tracking audit issue remediation to ensure control issues are effectively resolved
• Identifying and recommend opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Conducting training to business users in IT internal audit techniques, organizational issues, and departmental procedures and protocols.
• Ensuring compliance of IT controls and Information Security policies

Skills and experience required


As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in IT Audit where you are familiar with best practices in IT audit methodologies and internal auditing standards. Exposure to ISO 27001 or ISO 9001 is required for this role.

Candidates from certification services company background will be highly preferred.
