About the company

Our Client is an established company, a market leader within their industry. As part of their Information security investment, they are now looking for a new Information Security Director (OT / ICS) to join their team.


About the job

Your responsibility involves:

• Designing and implementing the Operational Technology/Industrial Control Systems (OT/ICS) security standards.
• Plan, develop and conduct annual policy compliance, ensuring that the company is compliant to the OT / ICS governance framework
• Establishing clear IT and Technology-related policies/guidelines and processes to safeguard data integrity and governance
• Monitor, validate and review cyber regulatory compliance findings and assess overall state of ICT governance and risks. This is to ensure control remediation is effective and root causes have been addressed.
• Leading cyber security assurance for the company, implementing the cyber security compliance program across multiple technologies

Skills and experience required


As a successful applicant, You should have at least 10 years of experience in Information Security and IT compliance / IT policy. At least 3 years in OT (Operational technology) / ICS (Industrial control system) is required for this role.

Proven track record in OT and IT security best practices and frameworks such as

ISO/IEC 62443 will be of added advantage.
