Reporting directly to the Head of IT, Your responsibility involves:
- Develop, plan, and implement the strategic infrastructure & cloud platform in accordance with the IT roadmaps.
- Implement stable and reliable Cloud infrastructure and operations
- Manage IT vendors and associated services, including service level agreements (SLAs).
- Managing the budget allocated to services and infrastructure under the responsibility of the team.
- Evaluate the IT infrastructure used by applications and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the resolution of vulnerabilities and maintain up-to-date status of infrastructure and associated software and products.
- Evaluate the market, identify, and implement new and innovative solutions that deliver added value or cost savings to the company.
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 3 years of experience in cloud ( AWS or Azure). At least 8 years of experience in infrastructure ( System or network) is required for this role.
Exposure to Office 365 will be of added advantage.
