This role will be a Permanent role with great career progression.

In this role, you will be responsible to establish a globally deployed, supported and flexible Desktop infrastructure to allow Operation Teams:

  • to optimize and deploy images with necessary language support
  • to patch management and anti-malware
  • to secure and encrypted data policies
  • to manage licensing compliance centrally
  • Provide Support for Microsoft Intune Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft O365 services, administrate O365 services and provide on-going support to client.
  • Deliver the service for EUC/Digital Workspace initiatives.
  • Support to SEPM antivirus.
  • SCCM Packaging and deployment.
  • Performing PCIDSS Compliance standard BAU activities for the in scope devices ( windows servers and appliances ) and working with compliance team for the successful PCIDSS audit.
  • Performing PCIDSS Compliance standard BAU activities for the in scope devices ( windows servers and appliances ) and working with IT Security Compliance team for the successful PCIDSS audit.

skills and experience required

  • Minimunly Bachelor in IT with at least 3 years of relevent experience.
  • Experience in desktop deployment and SCCM.
  • Experience in server OS hardening , Infosec Scan Vulnerability remediation on Windows Servers and appliances , Security Patch deployment, Active directory group policy deployment
  • Expereince in support to SEPM antivirus. SCCM Packaging and deployment.
