Our Client is a market leader within their industry. They have a well-established presence of more than 30 years. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a new Infrastructure & Cyber Security Manager to join their team.

About the job

Reporting to the CIO, your role involves:

• Managing a Infrastructure team across System, Network and helpdesk Engineers. This includes hiring, assigning of work, performance review and etc
• Designing IT Security framework to ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of IT system
• Reviewing the security roadmap, ensuring that the strategy is in line with the current cyber security landscape
• Performing coordination and establishment of security structures and IT control that protect company’s information networks
• Leading infrastructure projects. This includes milestone planning and risk management
• Designing and maintaining Infrastructure roadmaps for the overall Infrastructure Architecture
• Creating Business continuity and disaster recovery plans policies, and procedures. Oversee testing of these procedures.
• Establishing service level management practices to ensure that the level of service from internal and external service providers are defined and IT support function meets site requirements.
• Reviewing and maintaining Security framework and information security polices

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in Infrastructure (Servers and networks) across Asia. You should have at least 5 years of experience in IT Risk, governance and IT control. Candidates with exposure to IT Crisis management will be of added advantage. You will have at least 5 years of experience managing a team.

Candidates with professional certification in Cyber Security will be of added advantage.
