about the job

You will report to your Regional Sales Manager, and take responsibility for up-selling and cross-selling with existing customers and prospects in Singapore and South-east Asia. You will be instrumental in supporting the field sales team and coordinating the comprehensive sales-delivery process. You will:

• Attend to general sales enquiries and leads via calls and emails
• Provide operation support to SEA sales team
• Manage tenders for Singapore sales
• Coordinate with SEA distributors throughout the sales process, providing info of sales leads, tenders, quotation, product specifications, and inventory, etc.
• Manage CRM tools to ensure accuracy of record
• Facilitate Singapore sales meetings, SEA distributor meetings, and trainings

skills and experience required

• Diploma or above, in Business or Science
• 2 years+ of Inside Sales, Sales Support or Customer Service experience in a multinational corporate environment
• Sound knwoledge of sales process, especially tendering and bidding targeted at hospitals or research institutes
• Familiarity with life science and healthcare jargons and terms
• Ability to station in the office for at least 90% of the time
