In this position as a Insurance Admin, you will be assisting a team of Brokers and work closely with various insurers to prepare insurance quote to client's enquiry. You will be expected to prepare insurance renewals, endorsement processing and handle claim enquiry and updating of Client's details in system.
skills & experience required
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the general insurance/commercial lines industry
- Certificate in PGI, ComGI and HI preferred
- Independent, proactive, efficient, adaptable to changes
- Highly meticulous and ability to work with database/excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
