About the job In this position as an Insurance Product Specialist, you will be tasked to support the Business with processing of policies documentation in support of worldwide insurance programs. The ideal incumbent will be handling small and medium-sized worldwide accounts under supervision requiring technical knowledge of systems and procedures and preparing documentation including, but not limited to, pre-renewal information, initial policies, associated documentation and endorsements utilizing appropriate delivery methods. You will be required to track deadlines and interact with all areas of the business, processing accurate data and information and accurately recording data into the systems. As an Insurance Product Specialist, you will be expected to perform various insurance and reinsurance processes under supervision and direction in order to ensure timely delivery of quality products to new and existing clients and maintain all aspects of client information in all appropriate systems for designated territories. Skills and experience required
- 1+ years of experience preferably within the insurance sector - Commercial, General Insurance or Health Insurance are welcome
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multiple-task
- Be client-focused, a team player and meticulous
