about the job
This is an individual contributor role where you will work closely with the global team members and other Centre of Excellences including the HR Business Partners and Benefit Operations team. Reporting to the Head of International Retirement based in the UK, you will:
- Be the subject matter expert for all pension and retirement programs for the East Asia region
- Manage and oversee the company's global retirement/benefits framework
- Plan, design and development of pension plans that meet the company's goals and are compliant with relevant regulations
- Partner with the internal HR team to recommend and implement design changes to ensure market competitiveness
- Review and recommend changes to investment performance, costs and charges to improve the overall plan performance

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of global benefits/retirement program management
- Detailed oriented, strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, independent with good problem solving skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics
- Open to international applicants with relevant experiences
